The main cast may get most of the attention. But rushing around in the background and behind the camera are extras and crew members that are working every bit as hard to make sure a shot is perfect. Checkout the video below for a behind-the-scenes look at Exit Light, Enter Knight.

Things do not seem to be going to well for Michael Knight in this week's episode. But they are apparently a whole lot worse for one victim. Check out the video below where he gets ready to meet his demise. The video comes to an end with a rehearsal of the scene, to see the real thing you will have to tune in Wednesday.

Check out the video above where David Waine, the special Effects coordinator for Knight Rider shows us the famous center piece to the SSC, the gimbal. We finally get answers to the questions we have been pondering... how exactly do you turn a car upside down? We also get to see the special effects crew hard at work mixing chemicals in attempts to create just the right look for a really cool special effect.

We have previously taken you on a tour of the Knight Rider Visual Effects team at MasterKey. But we could not resist returning to see how they were coming along on their design of KITT's nemesis KARR. This time we were guided by Stephan Fleet the man heading up the 2D department and also the designer of the heads up display. Check out part one below with some peeks at KARR.

Stephan Fleet continues our tour with a look back at the development of the HUD and other early concepts. Check out the video below.

Check out the real tour of Masterkey after the jump.

Wow, did this weekend get interesting in a hurry! We were just browsing around MaterKey Film's website, and one thing led to another and we came across a video that we haven't seen before. Contained within is this amazing footage you see above of KARR in this weeks episode Knight to King's Pawn.

There are some pretty nice shots/spoilers contained within. KARR rolling towards what we assume is KITT, Torres locked in KARRs deadly grip and an amazing pan of KARR standing above a fallen soldier with complete mayhem behind him. This is going to be one heck of an episode based on these amazing visuals.

Check it all out here

We here at Knight Rider Online are thrilled to reveal a treat for all Knight Rider fans! During next weeks episode Knight to Kings Pawn the fine folks at MasterKey Films will be available via Kyte Video chat.

When touring the Knight Rider set a short while ago there was one place we knew we could not leave without checking out. Nestled in amongst the sound stages is the home of MasterKeyFilms the Visual Effects department behind some of the most amazing scenes in Knight Rider. We caught them busy at work designing our hero KITT's arch-enemy KARR. Lookout for some spoilers ahead, but if our video leaves you wanting more you will just have to tune in on Wednesdays!

When we were on the set of episode 17 a few weeks ago we met Visual Effects Set Supervisor Eliza Pelham Randall. She showed us how she was recording the data needed to integrate a visual effect into a scene of this season's final episode. But much to our delight, as well as the delight of actor Justin Bruening, this little stunt was not going to rely solely on visual effects. While we are certain that the Visual Effects team over at MasterKey is going to blow our minds with the final product, we just could not resist ushering out the old year with a bang and ushering in the new one with some spoilers.

While visiting the set we bumped into actor Paul Campbell, who plays Billy Morgan. He was not scheduled to be in any of the scenes for that day, but neither he nor KITT would reveal what they were up to. We were however able to pry a few secrets out of him about the upcoming episodes. Check out the video above or the images from set below.

The job of a Propmaster requires alot of responsibility. They are responsible for creating or obtaining the props that will be used in any episode, an undoubtedly at times daunting task.

Fortunately for the team at Knight Rider, they have the experience of Steve Whiteside on their team. The only member of the crew to have worked on the original series, his usefulness to the cast and crew is limitless. Be sure to stay tuned to the end of the video above for a message from Steve to how we can all help Knight Rider.

Above you see one of the most iconic images from the classic Knight Rider. It's of David Hasselhoff sitting on the the hood of KITT on the back lot of Universal Studios. We were on set yesterday the opportunity presented itself to try and recreate a little nostalgia and history of that moment.

Below is our updated version with Justin Bruening, it really shows how well the spirit of Michael Knight has been captured.

Of course, costar Paul Campbell couldn't let Justin have all the fun and insisted on giving it a shot.

We still have a few videos from Sues visit to the set on Friday to post as well as coverage from both Michael and Sue visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. So be sure to check back, lots of exciting stuff to share on the way to the relaunch.

Visual Effects Set Supervisor Eliza Pelham Randall describes for us in an exclusive interview how they are going to pull off one of the major stunts of Episode Seventeen by incorporating real and digital aspects. Spoiler alert. See video above.

It would appear that there are not too many dull moments on the Knight Rider set. We arrived just after some four or five thousand rounds of ammunition had been shot off. Throughout the rest of the night the bullet casings clinked underfoot. We knew we were going to be in for a treat at the end of the night because periodically the props department would set off a test of some of the pyrotechnics they had in store. Watch our relatively spoiler free video and stay tuned for more to come.
