You can take an ordinary picture in photoshop do a motion blur for the background and then do a radial blur on the wheels its quite simple when you know how if anybody wants me to do a pic for them i will be more than happy to.And if anybody wants instructions on how to do a pic i would also be more than happy to give you instructions.

Should be the same for all photoshops. But I'd love to hear how Knight_Rider_1980 selects the parts to blur. There are many different ways to select but some might be quicker than others.

Um, yeah I will. Mine was a quick photoshop, if you look close you can still see the Shelby lettering and the scanner is poor IMO. Im working on a nicer one, will post it when done.
