Two-time Golden Globe winner Bruce Davison stars in NBC's updated new drama series "Knight Rider" as Charles Graiman, creator of the Knight Industries Three Thousand (KITT).

Davison is currently shooting the TV movie "The Librarian 3: The Curse of the Judas Chalice," starring Noah Wyle, set to premiere in Winter 2008. He just recently finished the independent feature film "La Linea," starring opposite Andy Garcia and Ray Liotta; a story of an unstable new kingpin of a Tijuana drug cartel who is targeted by an assassin, set for release in Fall 2008. He also plays Dr. Silberman in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles."

Among Davison's previous film credits are the blockbuster hits "X-Men" and "X2 Breach," starring Ryan Phillippe and Laura Linney; "Runaway Jury" with John Cusack, Gene Hackman and Dustin Hoffman; "High Crimes," with Morgan Freeman and Ashley Judd; "Crazy Beautiful," with Kirsten Dunst; "The Crucible," with Daniel Day Lewis and Winona Ryder, and Robert Altman's "Short Cuts."

Davison garnered numerous accolades for his supporting role in the film "Longtime Companion" including a Golden Globe, Independent Spirit Award, New York Film Critics Circle Award, National Society of Film Critics Award as well as an Oscar nomination. He also won a second Golden Globe for best ensemble cast in Robert Altman's film "Short Cuts."

A veteran in television, Davison's credits include roles on "Close to Home," "The L Word," NBC's "Law & Order: SVU," "Lost," "Numb3rs," "Battlestar: Galactica" and "Seinfeld." Davison has also received Emmy nominations for Outstanding Guest Star in a Drama Series and Outstanding Directing in a Children's Special.

Davison was born in Philadelphia and currently lives in Los Angeles.
