In addition to today being Glen A. Larson's birthday, it is also the 26th anniversary of the first airing of The Scent Of Roses featuring the lovely Catherine Hickland as Stevie.

Such a good episode, I plan to watch it again tonight.

"We're going home, K.I.T.T., to our family. We're going to the Foundation."
In my heart, this is the true series finale...what a perfect last line!

I suspect that's the case for a great many of us, Joe.
Matt
Welcome aboard the Knight 2000.
Thank you. What's all this, it looks like Darth Vader's bathroom?

And an excellent dramatic score by Don Peake. Too bad only about half it was on the Hitchcock Media Records CD.
Only problem with the episode: Hassellhoff's acting was rather sub par many times and his love for Stevie -- didn't buy it at all. Probably one of the worst love interests I have seen. In fact, it seemed a couple times it even brought her down as she struggled to play off him.
And when things appeared to get better, they got worse, and everyday was a day to cry.

Next time I watch the episode, I'll resurrect the thread; don't feel like it now, as I did recently to make the score's tracklist in the Peake thread further down.
