DOWN FOR THE COUNT--Mike's old Army friend recruits his help to investigate the suspicious death of a tough-as-nails drill sergeant Jack Burber. Mike learns that the drill sergeant was participating in an underground fight club for military veterans for extra money. In order to find out what really happened, Mike has to infiltrate the fight club and try not to get himself killed in the ring.
We are up against a Lost repeat on ABC, a Criminal Minds repeat on CBS and of course American Idol on FOX. So we need to be in second tonight and keep up that 6.2 million viewers number in order to keep hope alive.
I think all people will be watching to test Knight Rider. every one saw the Reboot and liked it, not the big question is: will it keep going down the same path???
If the answer is yes, then for sure more people will be added to the ratings.
if no, then ............. I dont know.
The plan is to keep KR going down this path from what I've been reading. Also with Tiki Barber guest starring tonight I hope it will give us a raise in the rating:)

The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

I can actually see this episode plot as something that would fit in the original series, like the episodes where Michael and K.I.T.T. had to enter a race to weed out a bad guy, or situations where Michael got involved in tough situations and needed a little help from K.I.T.T. to make it through.
I just hope that K.I.T.T. isn't again relegated to a tool who sits in a parking lot for most of the episode this time.

I hope so. Cos I'd hate to see them suddenly do a 180 on us after last weeks episode.
Well I most certainly would not her out in the field every time as it nearly happen the first episodes but every now and then I'd have no problem with considering she can more than take care of herself. Why is it that a lot of people are so against women being strong and would rather see them as forever helpless damsels in distress? I'm a male and it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to me!
So far it's like a classic Knight Rider episode. Some 'cross country cruising (scenery looks beautiful in HD!), meeting up with the "bimbo of the week," a mystery to solve and trouble with the local sheriff. So far, so good.

well i know alot of people are gonna complain about him transforming into a pickup again! but it was for a purpose! but back to my comment this episode is awesome can't wait to see the ending!

I don't think anyone is against them being strong. I think people are against having it pushed down our throats and using up valuable time which could be much better used in showing us Micheal and Kitt kicking butt. That is after all what (most of us) tune in to see.

There were some great classic elements of the original series in here, but ultimately I have to say this episode has missed the mark. Yes, I have to complain about the dreaded truck coming back (even though it was for a reason) because one good classic K.I.T.T. stunt got wasted when he pinned the sheriff to the car. It should've been the Mustang doing that. My other criticism? The episode was too boring!

well i disagree! this episode had it all. I do have to say their were alot of TOS episodes that were boring but still were freakin awesome. I have nothing to complain about in this episode nothing! It is back TOS tuning loved the scenery loved the hunting for michael and ultimatly KITT coming to his rescue we got to see him KICK MAJOR ASS! and the ending with KITT as usual saying his qoutes and than him making a joke with mikes reaction being KITT! LOL awesome episode good job KITT CREW
