Well coincidentally they just explained that the machine makes 3D objects. The only thing we saw kitt make was a key. wonder if he can make any metal object.

I kind of miss this interior of KI3T from the pilot movie. I liked that there was more of a computer hub actually built into the overall car.



I also liked the iPhone inspired display in the front. This looks more technical than the snow globe with the radio and climate controls underneath.
