On there you will find a large selection of Knight Rider related avatars to use to your hearts content. They are all sized 150x150, if you wish one in a smaller size, perhaps for use on this or another board, you may download the image and re-scale it. Hey, if I've nothing else to do you can put in a request and I may do it for you! 
Or you could try convincing your board admin to bump uo the size restrictions
