today was a great day.... I just put a deposit down on an 88 trans am GTA. It's got 5.7 with no T-tops because motor to big but who knows what's going to happen down the road.

I have wanted a trans-am for the last 23 years of my life, and I am now finally going to get one.
I'm 29 by the way, lol It's burgundy with the gold wire rims.
I plan on doing a new age version of kitt.

Congrats! Pots pics if you can. I know I'd like to see what it progress into.....There are 3 late 80's Trans Ams in the parking lot of my apt.(1-burgundy/gold,1-black,1-blue) I often wonder how nice they would look all K.I.T.T'ed out...

Since the gta was such a nice car I am debating on keeping it stock and picking up another trans-am and doing the conversion. I don't know yet. Pics comming soon.
