I think the logo on the T-shirt is a really cheeky and funny logo, so I hope those who win the T-shirts with that funny logo will have a good laugh, too.
Question: Who came up with that phrase? D. Hasselhoff himself?

Well, he's certainly embraced it. He said it was what some fans called him, and there's also the hip-hop "connection".
