In my quest to finish out the last few episodes I've never seen, I just finished watching "Voo Doo Knight".
After hearing about how this was the worst episode ever, I was expecting the worst. I guess it's good to have low expectations, because I didn't think it was THAT bad. I actually thought "Knight of a Thousand Devils" was worse in some ways.
What was wrong:
1) Bonnie was conspicuously absent.
2) Devon's playing the tech guru was INCREDIBLY forced and really didn't work for me.
3) Devon's talk about "This is a stretch for foundation business" "I need to justify it to the board" felt out of place and really brought me out of the moment.
4) KITT never seemed to exceed the speed limit.
What worked for me:
1) I thought Henry Gibson was a really good guest star. His character was a little over-the-top, but being a good actor he really pulled it off.
2) The super human body guards I felt were a good foil for Michael who can usually dispatch henchmen likes he's swatting flies.
3) The acting decent by all parties.
4) The stunts, what there were of them were well executed.
Other thoughts:
1) We saw two people kill themselves, which is really out of character for the series, especially in such a casual way. I guess it added some urgency and an edge, but they were really throw-away deaths.
2) The pacing was kinda slow and opened with a brooding Michael worrying about a leather jacket? WTF? It was a nice night time cruse scene otherwise.
3) KITT didn't really do much aside from shuttle Michael around, and eventually give the radio burst to break the Voo Doo spell, but even then Devon had to feed it to him -- like he couldn't just use his mirco-jammers or something?
Two Left, though not for tonight. I think I'm going to go catch some Jean-Luc Picard before bed.

Re: Voo Doo Knight
The cherry topper that makes it 'the worst episode ever' is this was the final episode. A desire for closure or at least a strong episode does cloud any positives of the episode. Instead, it just reminds us of the fizzling out end that only several jump starts would try to undo. (KR 2000, KR 2010, TKR, KR '08...slightly still possible KR theater movie. (Which could be slightly more possible if every member of this board were to chip in about...oh...five million each into a KickStarter for it...)) And, yes...for what stunts there were, I do remember them as being decent. However, it was meant to be a mid-season filler episode. And those are typically just 'meh', anyhow. (Exceptions are always readily available.) Especially when we all know that season four had the perfect series ender and NBC pushed it as a last chance revival tactic. (Which was rather wise of them. Alas, not enough came to watch the wedding. It really is regarded as an episode that comes close to the Knight of the Phoenix pilot.)
