The toy I've always wanted since I was a kid... I finally have it!!! Through an excellent deal at eBay (US$80), I finally have my hands on the classic KITT voice car from Kenner. Dream come true for me? I'd like to think so
It sure is massive and other than the fact that the windscreen is fogged up, its in good condition considering its age. I cleaned up the exterior and interior of the car and it looks a lot better. I tried cleaning the windscreen, but it was still fogged up. According to the previous owner, the voice function still works, but I've not tried it yet. I'm just too excited over getting the car itself!

Re: Kenner Knight Rider KITT Voice Car
By the way, I failed to mention earlier that I got the car as part of a lot of Knight Rider vintage items the eBay seller was letting go and he/she was letting them go at a good deal, all for US$80. The lot included the vintage Knight Rider lunch box with thermos, a pack of unopened Knight Rider trading cards and of course the Knight 2000 Voice Car... A deal I could not pass when I saw it! >>> http://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/160874879935 ... 1439.l2649

@imranbecks, you might try what I did and do a 2000 then 3000 grit sand paper on the windshield to smooth it out, then a light high gloss clear coat over it (it's the same effect as taking oil and rubbing it on frosted glass to make it transparent) It worked beautifully on my KRVC windshield (mine was BAD when I got it lol) it's still a bit foggy but 1000% improvement than it was before. And yes that is a functional scanner in the nose (Also did extensive work on the dash and a fresh coat of high gloss black)

Thanks for the tip! Might just consider it. Yes, I saw your video of your voice car at youtube a few weeks back, really nice!
