Anyone knows if you can use an arrow stick 8 light controller as a controller for k .t.t.s. scanner bar?

MR worrior! how are you? man need to realy find out on this aroww stick light controler , well i guess not couse construction trucks have them also to help trafic hu? so we need to find out more info on this units. anyone help out?? just want to drive 55 watt halgen bulbs to have it super bright!
