Did anyone else watch The Mentalist on CBS last night? Gues Starring: Alex Torres. Guess Yancy is out looking for work since he got killed off of KR.

I liked his performance in The Sopranos, Season one Episode "46 Long." His best acting to date.

What did you expect Yancy to do? To retire forever to some remote island because his character in K.R got killed?

The character he played was not very likable but he is a pretty good actor and I'm sure we will see more of him in that show you mentioned plus others as well. You know a lot of people have suggested to bring back Garth Knight but what if Alex Torres had a Twin brother and he sets out for revenge against Mike and the team for his brother's death? Now that would not only be interesting but entirely plausible! :mrgreen:

haha I saw The Mentalist too and yelled "That's Alex Torres!"
KNIGHT RIDER RELOADED is a series of movies on Youtube to represent a different creative avenue to the Knight Rider we knew in 2008-09.

I just meant he's not letting any grass grow under his feet. Considering that episode of Mentalist was probably taped a couple of months ago, he probably went right to it after Knight to Kings Pawn was taped.

I do hope he finds something permanent, as he is a believable actor.

Its actually not that big of a deal really. Lisa Kudrow was already on Mad About You when Friends began its first season. She did both projects simultaneously during the first season of Friends. The producers of which went so far as to introduce the Mad About You character as Kudrow's twin sister on Friends to provide continuity b/w the two series. Granted most series actors are committed to the show but its not uncommon for them to be juggling multiple jobs at once.

The woman doctor on "Scrubs" has a recurring role on "How I Met your Mother". It happens all the time.
