Well I started on the headlight mod on Kitt today. I don't expect to jump into his 'transformation' until spring, but I thought I'd do some small stuff. I picked up a headlamp at Vatozone with the approximate dimensions I'd need. Sylvania PN: H4666XV and some JB Weld....which won't be used until everything is ready to be put together. What do you think for $20 and half an hour? It's nowhere near completion, but I felt a sense of accomplishment when I got to this point:

Opinions?

KNIGHT RIDER RELOADED is a series of movies on Youtube to represent a different creative avenue to the Knight Rider we knew in 2008-09.

Okay It took me a few minutes to figure out what you are doing. Ahh exchanging the lights for the later style ones. Which season kitt are you doing? Mines is a season 4. I no longer even use my flip up head lights anymore. Never had a problem getting them to come up it was getting them to go down was always a headache. I guess what you are doing is probably better then messing around with the bumper.
