OK, I have another strange one for you. I made a chart showing how I interpret the roller-coaster ride of public opinion regarding the new Knight Rider. I made no attempt to calibrate the scale at all; it simply shows relative opinions.
Did the announcement of Justin hurt public opinion? Did the teaser win back people even more than I show it? Were there any other important events I didn't include?

mike, I have to agree that the teaser did make me feel a lot better about the series.

Although the analog gages were a big disappointment.

It's funny you did this - because New York Magazine has this approval matrix every week. And they commented on the new series briefly, it's in the Lowbrow / Brilliant section:

I don't think it was the fact that Justin was doing the series as much as the fact that they're using a Ford Mustang. Or at least by what I have been reading on this forum. I mean I have seen the previews of the new KR, but my mind is still not made up on whether or not I'm gonna like the new revamped version of KR or not. I'm just gonna have to wait till February to find out.
