If he was still alive, I can't imagine what they would do in terms of re-creating the whole Knight Rider show for the new NBC pilot. I would really wonder how they would change it in terms of him coming back to the show in some form. This brings back memories of Hasselhoff wanting to have a Hologram as Devon for when he was creating the movie with Revolution Studios.... Disaster!
I wish he were here to see this!

He'd be retired and what do you mean by "recreating" it's not a remake if that's what you're getting at. In the show he'll probably have just passed away peacefully from old age (Edward Mulhare would have been 84, almost 85 by the time this TV movie airs) and thankfully not something stupid and bad as what happened in Knight Rider 2000. No holograms, that'd be really stupid.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!
