MY KITT Dashboard...

After many months of tinkering about, my dash got an injection of
Knight Rider Reality..

I am thrilled with how these came out....

Beautiful work BoMcD. Can you tell us a bit more about your work? What apps did you use? Is it a continuous loop, or can you pull up certain videos as needed?

I used 3D StudioMax, MAYA, After Effects and various other apps, Photoshop, Illustrator etc...
And LOTS of time studying the original material from the show.
No screen caps or use of any original material was used as the quality would have been.. bad....


It is on 2 DVD's...there are 50 chaptered clips on disk one...about 30-35 of them were recreated from the show, the other one is a continuous loop of KITT in a diagnostic turntable mode

I am working to find a pushbutton controller to access the chapters or control it via AI...

If you were able to get those to respond to button presses I bet almost everyone who has built/own a replica would want the setup!!!
