Just plain silly: Earn $100,000 watching Dukes of Hazzard

Post by Michael Pajaro » Fri Feb 25, 2005 3:00 pm

Country Music Television is airing ads for a "job" that pays $100,000 for "Vice President, CMT Dukes of Hazzard Institute". Part of the job description is watching the Dukes every day.

I guess it's sort of a contest but it sounds like the winner really will be doing some writing for the network.

That's very interesting. Not sure what to make of it though.

It says on the link that you may be required to drive the General Lee. I think that would be cool job!

I'd prefer driving KITT myself.

I'm not sure $100,000 is enough to watch that show non-stop. I don't think I'd be able to get the narrator's voice out of my head and I'd have to be put in a psychiatric ward!!! LOL

there was a contest i saw on tv once where fans of james bond had to watch every one of them straight after one another.

if they got to bond 20, the latest, they'd win a grand prize..think it was a few grand or a holiday.

something like that.
