KITT vs KARR question....
In the second KITT vs KARR, they ended the episode with KARR's CPU still in tact. Do you think that had the show lasted another year or two, that they would have brought him back?

Eventually, somebody would have discovered KARR's CPU and have him installed in a big rig similiar to "Goliath" or worse, inside of a boombox or portable TV, similiar to what happened to KITT in one episode.
I could easily picture KARR's voice modulator serving as a volume equalizer on a stereo boombox.

I don't need no "Wizard Of Oz Car" putting me behind the 8 ball, for nothing. LOL (The Rev)
All they did was blow away a "Ringmaster", they didn't even steal any hamburgers. LOL (Michael)

Maybe it would have been a "Christine" type thing with KARR, where there is no reasonable explanation for KARR's CPU to be still functioning when checked in a lab. Yet it does... as in he was a sentient ghost in the original KARR all along and that if he wasn't in there, then KARR as an AI-powered KARR would have turned out much like KITT. They could say they thought the programming was malfunctioning but Bonnie would look into it when the lab results come back to find that the original KARR programming, while not built around protetion of humans, still would have logically deduced not to kill humans because it realizes only humans can repair him in order for him to survive. However, maybe some technician that built KARR's AI died during the project and the other guy got credit (or lack thereof) and then the dead guy inhabited KARR's CPU shortly before first activation.
Kinda a spoof off of both "Christine" and "My Mother The Car".
So, Bonnie would build a new CPU with KARR's ORIGINAL programming, but keeping the ghost KARR in another place. The rebuilt KARR ends up a lot like KITT and overprotective of humans for his own survival. Then he stumbles on the Ghost KARR and destroys it's CPU once and for all, but not with a laser but some kind of energy beam to dissipate the ghost's energy in the other dimension. Then they realize KARR can think and reprogram himself and think beyond his initial programming, showing a sentience KITT hadn't yet figured out himself (due to his straight-forward pre-programming to protect humans and all that).
