INSTITUTE FOR JUSTICE AND DEMOCRACY

Post by Keon2005 » Sat Feb 12, 2005 3:11 pm

Hey, my friend was telling me a few weeks ago about this non-profit agency that helps out people in Haiti. I found the name and the mission of the organization somewhat a play on "The Foundation for Law and Government, without Michael Knight and KITT of course. The mission of The Institute for Justice and Democracy is to work with the people of Haiti in their non-violent struggle for the return and consolidation of constitutional democracy, justice and human rights, by distributing objective and accurate information on human rights conditions in Haiti, pursuing legal cases, and cooperating with human rights and solidarity groups in Haiti and abroad.

Army - where? What do they do? I bet some of the workers get a bit of razing. I hope they don't have a worker named "Michael Night" or "Devon Miles" or any of the characters - or they'd be kidded too much, I'd imagine. ;)

The time I searched for "Foundation for Law and Government", all I got was KR sites. :) Not that I minded....

I hope if they have an employee named Michael Knight that he has a customized Trans-Am.
If you don't make a difference, you are not the Knight Rider.

Maybe if the foundation is good, then someone can donate to them a KITT car. ;)
