i am not exactly sure which epi it was,i think it was either speed demons or the one after it with the toy collector woman where michael long's grave is dug up,anyway michael leaves the car(i think he is ejected onto a roof) and kitts door is open,and then all i see is a big hand coming out from the inside of the car and pulling the door shut

Ugh, I saw that. One of those "wince" moments.
I'm a perfectly rational 23 year old woman, yet I don't like to have the 'magic' spoilt and little 'oopsies' like that just...hurt.
