That TA model is near perfect for a conversion! It would be wondeful if someone bought it and made it into (pick: KITT/KARR/SKAR).

But that's metal... Unless you plan on using a dremmel tool to drill a hole, how to do you plan on putting a scanner light in there?

I'd make the custom parts out of fiberglass, or clay first, and the scanner would be a flat plate with the right colour.

Anyone has ideas on how to make a replica out of this? Except for a lack of T-Tops, its great. Maybe knightdriver is good enough for this.

Now I'm a tad miffed. If Ertl has a mold of an '82 Trans-Am, even though it's a little larger, why haven't we seen KITT yet?
