Ashton Kutcher in the new Knight Rider Movie

Hey you all,

I have got a question about the new Knight Rider Movie. Maybe you can help me . Is it true that Ashton Kutcher takes the main role in the upcominig movie? If someone of you knows more it will very nice to post the answer here.

Humm... That is one of my fears, as it is for many others, however from what I have heard, its only a rumor, and may very well not be true.

Would you like it if he took the role? I wouldn't mind too much if he was like a new guy, but if he play MK then I would be rather unhappy! As David H. is MK forever in my eyes.

I am pretty sure that the movie is not going to be a remake, but sort of a sequel of the series (without adding the KR2K universe to it, i think) where David is MK, but now he is in Devon's possition and their is a new operative with KITT (which people are spreading maybe Ashton).

Am I correct?

Ashton woulf bring KR to the Darkest, and Most EVIL section of the UNderworld. How can you put a Drug Lord at the controls of KITT, Doing Good! If he would be in, i would see him at the controls of KARR. Trying to cause havok. I Pray to the highest in heaven that he IS NOT MK, or even better, NOT IN THE MOVIE!

Huh? Do You even know who Ahston Kutcher even is? Drug lord? Because he smokes weed on That 70's show? Or is there some movie I'm missing here? lol.

Anyway I think Ashton would be an ok choice if it is infact truth or if ended up landing the role, but last I heard this was the top of the rumor mill. Ashton is perfectly capable of playing a normal - serious character. As in his upcomming movie; The Butterfly Effect. I'd give him a chance anyway...

If Ashton Kutcher makes an appearance in a KR movie, I don't think he should be MK. MK should be reprised by Hasselhoff. They could do something where Hasselhoff is too old to go out into action, so somebody (not Kutcher) could be an apprentice learning to take the job for him. Kutcher could be what RC3 was in the last season. Just a friend who serves as an accomplice to Michael.
