For those of you who ever wondered what it would be like to drive kitt
https://youtu.be/V1WbvwQCTvU
This video shows just how difficult it would be to drive Kitt from a first person view. Not that any of us wouldn't adapt to it. I mean it's the world's greatest car after all. I'd probably get used to using thedash mmonitor in place. Of the rear view mirror. But the wheel would take some to to adjust to. Especially if the knees hit the switch pods and the yolk steering wheel hits you in the nerds.

Haha. Haven't driven a car yet, ya think if I drove the gull wing first I'd have a hard time adjusting to a full wheel? XD

I have had my kitt for 9 years now. At first it was a pain cause i was use to a round wheel. But now its normal to me.

I found a guy who's selling his Trans Am, am going to call him to inquire about it.

Kitt_24, do you use it as your everyday car? Is the nose still intact? Any pics of your Kitt?

If your first car was KITT with that Gull Wing, then a steering wheel would be a piece of cake.
It's like learning to drive on a stick shift. Migrating to automatic is a piece of...
(That's the way I learned to drive. A sporty MG stick. There's nothing like having to come to a red light on a 12+ degree incline and having to balance the clutch and gas to avoid rolling into the car behind you or stalling out the engine. Talking the use of three pedals for two feet, here.)

Well that sounds great. I think the gullwing also makes it easier to have your 3 and 9 positions on the steering wheel at all times to.

It is said that the proper hand placements for driving are in the 3 and 9 positions. Honestly, though, I think that I drive more at the 2 and 10.
