Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA 4) KITT/KARR

Hi everyone. Sorry if this has been covered. I am a newbie to the world of GTA 4. I am, of course, very much interested in getting a KITT, and if possible, a KARR vehicle in my game. If anyone can pass along any info, I would be very grateful Thanks!

If you have the enb lighting and color effects it looks much better. If you have an enb effects installed the scanner actually works.

Here's a link of what it looks like with the right lighting but before I helped improve the model. I love how the enb mod improves lighting and color in the game.
