Needed: Dash Wiring Harness

Post by jknightandkarr » Wed Mar 12, 2014 2:55 pm

I really need to get a dash wire harness for my 89 TransAm, I think 88 might have had VATS. I'd think it would all be standard, but it needs to have:
-VATS
-Fog Lights
-Power Mirrors
-Power Locks
-Power Windows
-If it makes a difference, but shouldn't, TBI FI
-Remote hatch release

The only thing I've found in the salvage yard is either pre 88/89 Firebirds, (Most of which had the steering column wires cut out, so no), or a 90 & a 91/92 car), I wasn't sure if the Camaro's have the same wiring or not, so I skipped them entirely. I noticed that 90 had airbags, diff radio connectors, and some other stuff I have no idea what is, so I'd rather not try it. I don't need any component on it, just the harness itself. I'd really love to get my car back on the road again. Please help me. :karr:

Try http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Below is the link for an 82-92 camaro/firebird Dash harness. It would be best to email them or call them about it.

There is the best, then the Rest!

I'll keep that in mind for a last resourt. Thanks for the info, but my wife and I don't have alot of money, but then there's alot of people in the same situation as me. My car needs alot of work, my truck needs front suspension/steering, and I can only fix my wife's car with our taxes.
