This weekend I did a bike ride with some friends up to Newcomb's Ranch, which is the bar they used in Fight Knight. I was there several years ago, and when I was watching the episode it looked very familiar on the inside so I thought they might of filmed on-location there. (Which in hindsight, should have seemed unlikely.) Although the inside of the real bar looks similar, you can tell it's not the same place.
I looked around for some photos on the wall or something mentioning the exterior filming of Knight Rider (which absolutely did take place there) but didn't see any. Our waiter didn't know about it, but he wasn't the brightest bulb to begin with.
Through some mis-communication I had to rush out and didn't get a chance to take all the pictures I wanted but I did grab a few. I'll be posting them soon.
(For any locals out there, this is a strenuous bike ride up long mountain roads. Take your car up there unless you know what you're doing!)

Were you envisioning me lost in the woods, he heMichael Pajaro wrote: (For any locals out there, this is a strenuous bike ride up long mountain roads. Take your car up there unless you know what you're doing!)

I can't even begin to imagine how anyone would take a bike there. I think most people consider themselves lucky if they have a car capable of making it up the mountain.
Looking up the name I see it is indeed a place I stopped at for lunch. (Come to think of it we had to take a detour of like 30 miles or more cause some bike race closed the roads

I was thinking KR was filmed there.. but I didn't have my camera. Post up any screen grabs you didn't get and I might go back. As I recall the food was good.
