It's pilot's Attack K.I.T.T., i liked pilot Attack K.I.T.T. much more than first seasons, so i took pilot attack K.I.T.T. and made it sleeker, lowered spoiler. Mine version is closer to original K.I.T.T.

Even though both of these designs are good i don't feel that there is a need for an attack mode. If they want to make a car as fast as possible why not just keep the attack mode version in normal mode? i.e KI2T from season 1-3. (fastest strongest safest car in the world - as Devon put it) obviosuly they had designed the car which we saw in seasons 1-3 as the fastest.

Thats what i dont get, y create a slower car which transforms into a faster model. Sounds crazy 2 me.(KR2K8)

I am no fan of having an "attack mode". KI3T should be such a superior car so that we don't need other modes. But if there has to be one, I would prefer your version.
It's plain beatiful and looks fast.

you are correct about that
the rear has a spoiler similar to the roush mustang
the wing pop's up when braking(like a slr mclaren)
there is also some wing at the skirt which helps on downforce(prevent's KITT from skidding)
if there is a huge back wing, the airflow will compress the back-end of the car downwards(giving better grip).
at high speeds this will affect the cars performance in terms of max speed.

The pilot version has a charm that is missing from the series version. KITT is not a normall car, and it goes really fast. they way I see it, with small changes and additions to the body, KITT should be able to reach some new level of speed.
I never liked the SPM in TOS. and it looks like the Attach Mode in KR08 is some how derived from that.
the pilot version looks to be the best -in my point of view at least- for KITT. specially when it has more Black color applied to the car
