Circus Knights - Sloppy editorial error :D

I have spotted this for years but never posted it on here but its a very funny blooper

In Circus Knights, where Michael finds Devon knocked unconcious and then returns to K.I.T.T to go and find Barnes there is 1 major editorial error...

Michael gets in and starts up the engine



Then puts it in "D"


But clearly the picture shows he is reversing


Now he puts it in "R"


But he is clearly going forwards now


I'd like to know where I can find one of those gearboxes
