Does anybody know what the red circle on the front part of the trailer says?
neighbour: I understand you're famous in Germany.
Hoff: Well, yes - how did you know?
neighbour: There are Germans in my trees. (from Making Waves)

If I'm not mistaken, it's the badge of Trailmobile.

Welcome aboard the Knight 2000.
Thank you. What's all this, it looks like Darth Vader's bathroom?

The red logo on the trailer says "Peterbilt"
The F.L.A.G. Semi Trailer was a 45x96' "Peterbilt" Dorsey Dropvan Trailer.
Specs are on Page 173 in
The Knight Rider Companion.

It is not a Peterbilt trailer. It is a Dorsey. 45' long x 96" wide. I found one last year. I wish I had the money to buy it. It was white so it woulda been a pilot FLAG trailer.

- It has a Peterbilt logo
on the top of the trailer - see the screenshots - so explain that one.

Alright,
After careful review I stand corrected - the logo does say "Dorsey" and not Peterbilt on the trailer - however I am still correct in calling it a 45x96' Dorsey Dropvan Trailer - as depicted in KRC. I would say since it's fairly difficult to get a shot of the emblem in focus in the series - Peterbilt looked like a good estimate based on the colors.
It's kind of odd because it looks like Dorsey puts their emblem on the sides of the trailers, rather than in the front.

This probably isn't much help, because these are by no means exact matches, but you can get the general idea. The first is a 1989 51' and the second is a 2001 53'
The Flag truck did have a door like that on the side, it was just further back.

Cool, the semi did have a very big impresion for all of us. I bout a toy truck when I was a kid and paint it all black just to make it look like the one in the show. Hope they have it back on season 2 as long we have already lost the plane they used to use

I know what you mean, personally I found the plane pointless, what if there's a busy highway, let's be sensible no-ones going to land a plane on a highway anyway the semi was awesome infact I havea pic of KI3T inside a trailer somewhere....

Great photos guys. I always loved the semi when I was a kid. My parents house I grew up in is right by a truck stop and I always was looking for black trailers hoping for FLAG to show up when I was 11

.
I thought the Plane had been played out in TKR and we needed another semi.
This has been around for a while but needs to be posted here

.
I wish the model had the low rider trailer and the correct cab. I would rather modify this than have too say they got it close
