Team Knight Rider DVD/video releases
I was just wondering has there ever been DVD or video release of Team Knight Rider, preferably in PAL format? It's the only KR related thing I've never seen (*) and I'd love to fix that, but before spending next several days on internet auction sites, I'd like to know does it even exist

It's available through iTunes in the UK, the whole series, but be warned: it'll be 22(!!) hours of your life you'll never be able to get back!
