The orb is a great touch man, well done!
Also, the turbo sound did put the finishing touches to the scene... KUDOS!

I think with all the parts Taoworm has purchased anyone would think that he is creating a KARR of his very own. We need to stop him before its too late!!!! I will sleep with one eye open tonight just incase KARR returns!
My KI3T is not yet complete. Can anyone lend a spare to finish the job and defeat KARR once and for all. Sue can you bring your camera. We need to document the battle to ensure that KARR is finished off once and for all

I like your ideas. A little constructive criticism.
KI3T's talkbox fit very well with the dialogue, but KARR's did not, partly due to the excessive action noises in the background. (This isn't really your fault - I think you picked excellent places to add the talkbox and I guess you can't really remove the sounds so easily.) Additionally, KARR probably wouldn't have a similar talkbox to KI3T's, especially in robot mode, but what can you do, right?
I think the PA effect is a good idea, but you should use reverb instead of delay. The amount of delay you have on the voices is distracting and it makes the dialogue a little difficult to understand, especially KI3T (because he's fairly monotone; KARR sounds great). I recommend reverb because delay only occurs when you have an area where sound is bouncing off of objects, like in a stadium or an arena. KI3T and KARR were in a pretty large open space, so that effect wouldn't happen. A little reverb could go a long way, though. I would also recommend adding a highpass filter to the entire sound so it sounds more like it's coming out of a speaker. It doesn't have to be severe - subtlety will do well here.
Overall, very cool. I definitely like the PA idea (and I think it's something that they should incorporate more in the actual show) and with slightly toned down effects that match the surroundings, it would be excellent.
I hope that you don't take this the wrong way - I am not attemping to criticize or insult in a malicious way.
If I am destroyed... ...so shall you be. -KARR

Wow! I think the new series needs the Turbo Boost sound fx back. Great job man. I think you could be saving the show thousands with all you creativity and constructions. Keep it up.

you're having some strange colors there... even your comparison shot is too green-ish.
this is how KARR's voicebox really looked:

Ah, that's a good cap, the one posted previously is off in the colors. I always thought KARR's vox did look more GREEN than YELLOW though. I'm undecided.

Some time ago links to some of the original scripts for KR episodes were posted here on the board.
The script for "Trust doesn't rust" states that KARR has a yellow voicebox.
I always thought that was the reason why they changed the scanner color in "KITT vs KARR", so they match, but I don't know why the scanner was more amber while the voice box was more greenish yellow.
But one thing is for sure, it's yellow and not green
