I know he is an experimental home built car but I would think the FBI would have given him a valid VIN for fun
I compiled this using a 09 KR500GT I found on the internet. I think it's a pretty good job from another black KR but I'm still trying to hack the serial numbers to make it as close to KITT as I can then I might make one KR owner famous
If you didn't know he was built in Vegas which isn't too far from Dr. G's home
