Re: Mr Larson...
He's only had his hand in the original series, as far as characters and plot development is concerned. KR2k and TKR were developed outside of Glen, but he received credit on those.

Re: Mr Larson...
but wasnt he credited with (to my recollection) TKR 'executive producer....'????? and kr2000 which have both been since slammed by fans...
he was certainly credited with a 'based on....' title... (dunno what the financial/legal/artistic rewards are for that but thats kinda the angle im digging at...)
im not connected with the industry, just a fan...
how did TKR get past pilot stage but this new incarnation (which in my eyes seems to be truer to the original) is being threatened with action (i expect and welcome Victor and/or Glen to comment on this...)????

Re: Mr Larson...
There are specific contract agreements in place and certain protocols must be followed whenever NBC/Universal wants to exercise their right to develop a new Knight Rider television project. The allegation here is that NBC did NOT honor the contract properly. The assumption would be that for the other projects, either Larson did not feel they violated their agreement or there WAS a conflict, and we simply didn't hear about it.
