All of this began with the photo of a beautiful 'Vette. I said to myself, this baby would make a perfect new Kitt. The second thought was "We need a new Michael". And so the concept of Modern day Knight Rider was born.
My first chop, with JOSH HOLLOWAY as Michael Knight. I think we need a bada$$ Michael these days and not the good old cheesy one. "Sawyer" is the perfect fit

The second chop, this time the dash of the Sawyermobile

What do you think, dudes and dudettes?

Mmmm... nah-uh. Not for me.
The bada$$ guy thing is getting old. It's been cliched so much that it's not even perky any more.
To me, when I see a guy going down the street with scruffy hair, mussed clothes, and a cigarette, I think "wannabe" not "bada$$".
Heaven, where all QC only has to be run once.

Dash chop is Nice! Great concept. Not overly keen on the Vette though.
Here's something I'll share with y'all

THAT is the car! Yes, that is PERFECT! Waitaminit... That's KITT!
Only KITT can be KITT.

Though there are some that COULD be a nice replacment, I still love the old Trans Am.

BTW, I can't get DeviantArt sites to load. I keep getting an error "Problem Loading Page" because the site is taking too long to respond.

I agree! You got some good ideas going on in that pic, like the switch pod buttons inside the dash a little bit, and the PANP buttins in the centre there. How ever, there just doesn't seam to be quite
enough buttons in there. There needs to be a whole bunch in the lower centre consol atleast

The gauges in the middle there look kind of like a screen which you could show different stats on the car. I like what you have done though.
By the way, that poster has to be the best looking car for the movie. Nothing could take its place! The newer T/A's are ok but KITT is always a 3rd Gen. Just like the Dukes of Hazzard had the 1969 Dodge Charger (I think its 69) it should be the same with KITT. Even if KITT is a futuristic car.
I am wondering if they use the normal KITT will they continue using the 3/4 dash!
But I really want to see this one again.

I am worried if they make a new dash what they might come up with.
