Seems like some are petitioning for certain things in the Knight Rider movie:
For the Hoff to be in it...

Found this while googling trying to find more about the KR movie (anything NEW that is).
Nothing new yet...

I'm not a fan of online petitions...They are pretty much a joke, and this one specifically goes against what I'd like to see for movie: I love the 82 Trans Am, but I think it's time to see KITT in an updated car. So for me personally, I won't be signing it.

I don't sign online petitions anymore either. But thought it was interesting to see how far people are willing to go to get the movie done a certain way.
Basically, I've resolved that if it is entertaining, has a good plot, and the actors do a good job (whoever they put in it) then I'll like it. I remember hating Knight Rider 2000 because the car and the characters were mainly different. But years later when I saw it again on the DVD set, I liked it. So by that, I think as long as Glen Larson does his usual top-knotch work, I'll enjoy the movie, I'm sure.
I happen to be a big fan of cars and computers anyway, so that also makes me interested in seeing the movie.
I just wish we heard more about it and how it's coming along (if it is).
