Hi everyone I am new here. I'm totally new at this sort of thing I will be 34 next month and I'm up and living in cottage country Northern Ontario Canada, today I installed a red LCD Scanner on my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire.
If anyone here is interested in seeing pictures privately I can send them by email, I've put some concrete sealent on the scanner carefully with small brush to keep the moisture and rain out of it.

knight2006:Why do you insist on asking for private email addresses when you can always rely on a site such as Imageshack to upload and share images for everyone to see?

sorry everyone I down loaded the program.. but I dont know I dont have much patience.. I'm totally new at that sort of thing I never done it before in having pictures displayed in a forum I found it a bit confusing to understand just seems one step after another and I dont know what route to take in imageshack to display pictures here. make's you wish they kept things simpler in the computer world.

In Imageshack, you don't have to download any program from them. All you need are the pictures you have on your camera. All digital cameras regardless of brand will enable you to connect to a computer and dump all the pictures into a directory on your hard disk.
You upload those pictures (files) to Imageshack's servers and they will host it. You have to know where you have saved your files though, Imageshack will ask you for their location in your drive (you can browse for them).
After you have uploaded the pictures, you can then cut and paste the links that are provided. Be patient, you'll get the hang of it.

I believe he meant to say LED, which would seem to be the way to go to save power, not sure it would be as bright during the day though...

Wow, so the speed limits change often in Melbourne?
I just installed Streetglow LED lights to the bottom of my car, and they are not as bright as the neon I used to have, however I'm confident they will be 10x more reliable and the fact that they can change to 7 different colors through combinations of red, blue, and green is pretty SWEET!!

I went back to the site and tried again.. but you know I spent all afternoon trying to figure it out but I run into snags in trying to send pictures from kodak easyshare to my desktop picture file, all I get is my wife to be that's in my picture file already and I forget how I got her there, So if anyone is interested in seeing these pictures just send me an email at
danielbanesa@yahoo.ca it's much easier just to send them directly from kodakeasyshare. Thanks for your imput Honda but I have exhausted all my afforts., sorry to say I dont have much patience or luxury it runs in the family.

Or if you send them to someone then they can upload to a host then post back here. I don't mind.

To answer your question the scanner is above the pontiac. Since my Dad is semi retired from a electrician I extended the ground wire to under the hood beside the fuse box in a good safe area, and the other wire is fed through a little opening in the fender which come's out where the door hinge is, and is tucked in under the dash, and I plugged one end in cigarette outlet of the car and leave in and plugged the other end into another sucket lead in which the scanner will come on... this is where I disconnect each time when not driving save's ware and tear on the main cigarette sucket outlet on the car from pulling it out all the time. what can I say I'm wise and smart thinking, I had this happen with my 1999 chevy Cavalier when the main metal housing came loose in the main car outlet and came out, I miss that bright red car I had babied it inside and out top to bottom, I made my own stencil of the knight logo and painted it on a back mud gard, I will be doing another one this year but only better since I lost the other one in a car accident a year ago.
![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
Once again thank you for posting the pictures I'll be sure to send more if interested, P.S. Thanks for your help Pal and I will send pictures here next time myself of the mud gards I think I got the hang of it now after seeing here.
