Joined the Foundation for Law and Government in 1985 after assisting the team while on a mission. He was first encountered by Michael Knight in the streets of a rough neighborhood and called himself the “Street Avenger”, an indication of his vow to fight street crime. Devon Miles liked the man and offered him a job in the Foundation, which Reginald gratefully accepted. He has various jobs at FLAG, ranging from driving the semi to helping to solve cases to actually participating with Michael and KITT during some missions. His main mode of transportation is his “dirt bike”.
