A feature that enables the vehicle to navigate itself to a given destination. It utilizes on-board maps to plot the most direct route, as well as long-range radar to detect any possible obstructions ahead, short-range visual scanning to analyze the immediate environment, and collision avoidance systems. This picture shows how KITT was able to really 'drive himself.'
