I'm getting alot of broken links on the page, it could be cause you are using \ instead of / which is the correct symbol for web directories.

Also, we saw the link in your other thread on the same subject.

Try one of these . the site was halted for an hour by yahoo casue of exeded transfers .

but i just tried it its up again!!!!!
try it quick before yahoo do something stuipied again.

You might want to try someplace else other than geocities, their file transfer rate isn't very high. Maybe fortune city has better transfer rates, they used to, from what I can remember, and they were free.

Or you could try looking for a free host like ish.biz which hold FTP access which may make it easier! I used ISH.BIZ before and apart from being hacked early this year they have been real good for me!

Personally I'm not having any trouble accessing the site, although I'd have to agree with yahoo not being your best bet.

What I am having trouble with is broken links. Am I alone in this?

yea, you can email them to me if you like, but I can explain what is happening for you right here.

For example, in your code, your link to the Karr zip is as follows:

files\KR_Karr_pack.zip

but it should be this:

files/KR_Karr_pack.zip.

In the web it has to be a forward slash / not a backwards slash \ This is confusing from what it is like on windows. If you make all your slashes going the proper way, everything should function properly.

by the way how do u send attachments in this forum . ? if not then email me ur email address . so i could do it from there .

but as for the site , yea every thing is coorectly slanted . i even downloaded the files back to me .

the are / 'ed . maybe u can take a look at the source . i got a feeling that u using linux . i used to use it in my school but they would sometimes change text or characters for some odd reason .

I'm using a Mac. Which is kinda like Unix at the moment. Email me just the source code file, it's only text based and is what I would need to edit. I'll reply to your email with the proper address.

How were you able to get the great angles??? Im looking for some quality spm pics.... but they all come out pants.

oh , for the spm mode I set my sensitifity in the high to super high!

then i was able to go SPM and Spin in circles . while doing that i took a picture with a game record tool . http://www.fraps.com

it can record in-game or just take pictures!
but i honestly think my picture quality sux though . I dont know why? it looks pixilated to me . i origainly was a Bmp file in the zip . but then i took a picture of that picture and just saved it as a jpg . there much smaller

as for kift , i dont even know were to begin

. But there is another car though .I think its called BASHED, im about to get a picture for it then put it online ! like in 20 minutes !

i even made up something called MSPM . mega super pursuit mode . hehe .

its almost instant SPM . faster then the normal game . but nearly hard to drive with .

OH that!

thats in the first level when u chase that car. While driving there will be an explosion of a building . After that keep looking to the right from there on and ull start to see an up coming ramp that leads to a grayish looking rectangle . goup the ramp and just before it ends tourbo boost into it .

yea , his correct . thats exactly what you do

Open the zip file for which ever car u want by looking at its name

ex: "KR_Karr_pack. " once u open it up there should be a file named

Kitt_0.ini .

1) Goto your KNIGHT RIDER game folder . then look for the
DATA folder , then the VEHICLE folder .

2) Look for the KITT_0.ini file .

3) Now in the zip file , look for the car u want , open it and you should see a file that also says KITT_0.ini . REPLACE THIS ONE OVER THE ORIGINAL IN THAT VEHICLE FOLDER . Then run the game . u should have that car or which ever zip file u used .
