I happened to catch Knight Behind Bars on Friday ( I think?) and one part of it caught my eye. The sedan that Jason was driving.
Can anyone tell me what kind of car that was? My kids swear up and down that it was a Ford/Mercury car - a Maquis. They say this because I drive a Mercury Maquis and that car he was driving looked EXACTLY like my car. (Except for the color, my car- W.I.T.T.

- is white and Jason's was blue)
I literally stopped the tape and stared at it. Does anyone have or can anyone get screen shots of Jason's car?
ESPECIALLY if KITT is nearby (like the night scene at the power plant) as that would really flip my kids out!!
Thanks in advance for any info/help.

You've definitely got the same make/model of car. The only difference seems
to be the colour, yours is white, the one in KR is a sort of very pale cloudy blue.

I think the Mercury Marquis was the Mercury's version of the Ford LTD.
And I guess that's what it is on DJGM2002's picture.

I just thought it was sooo cool

to find that on Knight Rider.
Woo! My own 5 min clame to fame...lol... and to think that I thought there was nothing special about my car when I first got it. Now I'll definately think of that ep as something special.
Hey.. DGM2002 can you get the day shots of the car as well? The part where he is waiting for her to come out of the building after she robbed it? We get a good shot of the front there and the color as well.
Again, thanks for any help!

Sure. As soon as I get my proper internet connection back, my cable
modem went on the blink yesterday, and is being repaired. I've been
forced to go back to dial-up for a day or so, on my ageing iMac!
My PC has the TV capture facilities, but no dial-up modem. Meanwhile
my iMac has the built in dial-up modem, but no TV capture facilities!

Oh man.. sounds like a disaster.. and the agony of dial-up... (lol.. I'm on dial-up so no sympathy)
I'll be waiting patiently.
Does anyone else own a car featured on the show? Besides the obvious T/A - Firebird connection???

Now I can brag to everyone I know.. lol...
Truthfully, those screenshots are very clear and well done. If I ever need anything else, I think I know who to ask.
This made my day.
