Yes, I'm embarrassed for posting this. But it's a real thing:
"UK scientists have found prodigious numbers of a new crab species on the Southern Ocean floor that they have dubbed "The Hoff" because of its hairy chest."

I love this!! Mike, I remember years ago when you posted a top 10 list of reasons why the new "Knight Rider" movie was going to be a TV series instead of a movie one of the reasons was "Hasselhoff's chest hair projected on a 30x70 ft. screen would scare too many children" and now every time I see anything mentioned about Hasselhoff's chest hair I think of that. I wonder what David thinks about having a crab species named after him though...

Wow, good memory! I went looking for that list but I can't find it. I'll have to start thinking about new lists to start up.
As far as what David thinks of the crab? I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a photo of him posing with the crab within the next week.

Wasn't his chest exposed to mass child audiences with the Spongebob Squarepants Movie?KFCreator wrote:I love this!! I must admit, when I first saw this headline in the news, for a second I thought they were talking about Hasselhoff having crabs.

“Gimme maximum turbo thrust and blast me outta here, will ya!?”
