That's bullcrap!!!!, The General Lee is a great car, but compared to Kitt, come on!!, that's a no brainer, in my home town there was a survey for the top 10 movie cars and Kitt was #1 3 years in a row.

I know! I mean, the General Lee is just a normal car, but KITT is like, what, 0-60 in 0.5 seconds? Not to mention that his top speed is something like 300 mph...

ON TV Land the Batmobile beat both the General Lee AND KITT. But KITT was still 3rd with the General Lee second, losers.

Okay, maybe the Batmobile (unfortunately) could beat KITT. But the General Lee? Come on! That's like pitting Magnum P.I.'s Ferrari against KITT. KITT is a super-car, and has SPM and all that! Even without SPM he's still unbeatable by normal cars. Magnum's Ferrari and those stupid hick's General Lee are just normal cars, and don't stand a chance against KITT! If KITT was real, and somebody REALLY raced them, KITT would totally kick bumper.

Honestly, if I had a choice between a normal 82 Trans Am and a normal '70s Dodge Charger, I'd take the Charger. But KITT? I'll take KITT to any car ever conceived.

My advice is to watch "Give Me Liberty...Or Give Me Death" a few more times to watch K.I.T.T. turbo boost over an orange Dodge Charger for subliminal knocks at The Dukes Of Hazzard.

green light, race is started
KITTs across the line while General Lee's still spinning tires at the starting line.

I remember someting like that in one of the episodes, but can't remember the car he was against..

Hi Guys,

Hope yoo a;; liked the programme despite some of the weird contibutors. It was a fun day filming, really warm. It's ok that The General won, it is a nice car and will proberbly never win anything again when compared to KITT, think of it as a comfort win.
I guess some people prefered the Generals dash lol
