During the introduction to the episode, Bonnie tells Kitt she hopes he doesn't pick up on Michael's warped sense of humor. To which Kitt replies, " I'm trying my best not to." He then does something to Bonnie as she's fiddling under the dash. Anyone get any ideas as to what he does to her that gets her reaction "Try a little harder."?

I'm pretty sure I saw this somewhere on one of these archives, doesn't he almost like give her an electric shock or something? Haha not sure because they never really showed us or anything but a lot of users speculated just that here...somewhere.

I always interpreted it to be that KITT gives Bonnie a little electric shock or activates a part in the motor that she is trying to work on at that moment.

Maybe KITT blew some cold air on Bonnie's face or returned Bonnies adjustment back to the original position
Electric shock is what KARR did to Bonnie in Trust Doesnt Rust episode.

I swear to god I saw a similar looking post in one of these archives...anyway I'm pretty sure he gave her some sort of electric shock like KFCreator says.
