Yep I now own those. They were in the very first Universal Studios display car until the end of 1984. I'm fairly confident they were screen used at one point. Some of the buttons are screen used and were also in the display car, some were not.

It may be because Joe didn't mention in his initial post that the parts may have been used in the series.
