just one thing: utter perfection. Can't be too long from now and you'll be finished. The Model at least looks like it''s complete.
There is nothing more to say but AWESOME WORK!

Fantastic model man. I'm especially impressed with the interior and would be curious about your process.
The only thing that I think would benefit from a little tweaking is the stripe along the middle of the doors. It seems a little too tall to me and I think it needs to come out from the surface just a hair more. Best reference I could find:
http://media.motortopia.com/files/17523 ... Edited.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Can't wait to see the dash textured.

Well.... its somewhat stuck. I am working on the dashboard. and it truly sucks..... there are so many buttons and crap that its taking forever and its truly boring.
I did a small animation just to test things out, but i am dissapointed at the quality of the rendering. I was expecting something nice and it came out with crappy flickering shadows. i will post the link in a few minutes.
here is a couple of renders.
there is something that doesnt feel right about that nose so i am fixing it right now.
also i am afraid that the headlights, when closed, look too narrow.

yep, i can see the changes, and i like them. apart from one minor thing
why did you "push in" the bottom tip of the nose? well, it probably won't matter when the car is black and shiny, i just wondered
apart from that, awesome as always

headlights look fine now, imo
EDIT: weird, the pic didn't embed correctly, go here to see the comparison to the real KITT.

thanks for your comment seriousmoh. I like your collage. it helps in detecting flaws. I kinda fix that problem already. I noticed that the bumper is slightly longer in real life but since they had countless of different noses in the tv show... who cares. it looks good. lol
thanks for your time in making the observations! =)

Well..... im starting to have more time now and also im am getting some new courage to continue the tedious process of texturing the interior. SO... here is some update i finished yesterday. Painfull process. The little lights are modeled , not just a painted picture.

------> pain in the butt

continuing with the textures. I am missing some items in the interior. wipers, texture the undercarriage, wheel wells, and some modeling of the trunk. also I have to model the pedals.
enjoy!

Man, I really don't know what to say. I'm happy for you. You can really be proud of yourself. BTW, amazing job on the headlights. The nose is perfect as well. I can't praise you enough.
Alright, enough with the ass-kissing. What's the current polycount (just out of interest)? And you're gonna paint the rims silver/grey, right?

Hey Serious. Well... When I hit the button for poly count.... Maya Froze.... so My wild guess is a QUADRILLION.. here is a pic of the screen with the polys in there.. The rims are silver, but I guess that with the light, it kinda comes out whitish. I kinda suck at lighting.
Also I am working on the undercarriage texture. Tell me guys what you think.
thanks for your comments!
