Cheers Knight-Armen... okay, here goes.
There was a recurring guest character whose surname was different in an episode than it was in the "Guest Star" credits of the same episode. A mistake on someone's part on the production crew, but for this quiz name the character's two surnames:
The surname spoken in the episodes.
And the surname printed on the screen during the credits of their second appearance.

Actually he wasn't protesting at all. Correct me if I'm wrong but he was still watching the football game after Christina left the hotel room, right? He thought american football was crazy and enjoyable!

Just to clarify it's not the actor/actress name, but the surname of the character they play.
The character appeared more than once in Knight Rider and on their return their surname was completely different in the credits than what was spoken in the actual episode.

I know the answer but I'll let the others figure it out. Wouldn't be fair since I wrote a book

The character in question is Adrienne Margeaux, who was billed as Adrienne St. Claire in the opening credits for Goliath Returns.

Name the scenes we the viewer could see shots of the voice modulator actually working inside the Knight Rider car.
Hint: I found 3 scenes in 3 episodes of season 3 where this occurred.

Is "Deadly Knightshade" one where KITT is talking to a woman in the car park.
Michael:“KITT I NEED YAH!”
Kitt:“ON MY WAY MICHAEL!”

The original KITT is right because Deadly Knightshade is one episode where KITT is talking to a woman in the parking lot.
The other scenes are: toward the end of Rotten Apples where KITT and Cat are talking about Billy the Kidd, in Custom Made Killer when KITT tells Michael that Joan is waiting for him at the top of the building and in Ten Wheel Trouble where KITT tells Michael that Flynn is down to 1 rig and is working out of his garage.

I don't care for your condescending tone Reaper. Now, in answer to your question, whilst Voodoo Knight is officially listed as the final episode, almost every fan prefers to place the Scent of Roses into the final slot, as it was an episode spearheaded by David Hasselhoff to ensure that Knight Rider got the finale it deserved.

- This is really a trick question because there's two ways to go about answering this.
If I were to say F.L.A.G.s last
assumed mission, F.L.A.G. was going to end when Michael chose to leave to go live with Stevie, so I'd say
The Scent of Roses.
Voo Doo Knight, while being the final episode of Knight Rider was more of an after thought. If you ask David Hasselhoff what the last mission for FLAG would have been, he'd have said
The Scent of Roses. This would have been where the series was supposed to end and would logically conclude FLAG's missions on screen.
If you go by
story arc, F.L.A.G. never had a last mission (on screen) because Michael did not retire from F.L.A.G. until 1990 and wasn't seen again until
Knight Rider 2000.

Am I the only one that doesn't get his point? All I get from this is: hahaha, you don't know anything about Knight Rider if it wasn't for your DVD collections!
Obviously, my knowledge comes from watching the show. How else would I know what Knight Rider is all about?
