It is extremely rare, and very difficult to get, even on CD or tape. Even the German sites don't have much to offer. A few people have the album, but I highly doubt that they are going to turn loose of it on here.

Not sure about the LP, but the cassette tape had a pic of DH holding a guitar and standing on top of Kitt or at least a T/A(it's been awhile since I saw this I could be wrong)

that might be what i'm thinking of. i'll be sure to keep my eyes peeled for the LP. as for the music on the album, how is it? wasn't some of the music used on the ep where michael joins stevie's band?

i believe this is the one you peoples are thinking of:
http://dhasselhoff.net/nightrocker.html
the song night rocker is kinda cheesy. no way to be in love was on a kr episode if i'm not mistaken.. the one where michael joins stevie's band. let it be me is also a david and catherine duo.
KITT
Lady: "I bet you're tall, dark, and handsome."
KITT: "I'm definitely dark and handsome, I'm only tall when I'm climbing a steep incline."

That's it. The songs that were featured on the show are:
Let It Be Me:
Our First Night Together
Let It Be Me
No Way To Be In Love
Michael also sings to himself one line in the Rotten Apples that belongs to another song from that album: No Words For Love.

Oh my goodness look at that horrible picture

LOL A friend had that tape and dubbed it for me. I think I only listened to it once, maybe twice. It's not that great IMO.

Well, if you want the songs, I can tell you another source where you can find them, that is not just on mp3. "The Magic Collection" which all the online sources (amazon, barnes & noble, yahoo) were offering a few months ago had the exact same songs on it, just not with the same cover.
We do have the mp3's of the majority of the songs for Knight Radio.

Speaking of which.... I could swear that sometime during the Knight Rider era I saw some TV show that had David on a merry-go-round singing "Do You Love Me," and I don't think it was KR, and I don't think I'm going crazy

Can anyone remember what I'm talking about?

It might have been his appearance on a show called Kids Incorporated. I remember him basically goofing around and singing that song.
