Bottom line is this. By announcing and executing this 'shake-up', NBC are admitting that the show is in trouble, ergo the show is flawed.
If NBC were listening to "us", would Graiman have gone? No, since masses of us have said he needs to stay.

I think we are going to have a Charles is to Mike as Wilton was to Michael, where Charles is on his death bed and pritty much hands over the keys to Mike and Sara. 
i just don't understand why the producers went in a different direction in the first place?!
