Anyone thinking of going this route?
I've been kinda wargaming it for the last few months and the new Mustang is finally starting to grow on me. Found a vendor for the scanner. I'd probably go with a basic GT and add the GT500KR specific parts and badging. I'd like an "attack" mode replica, but I think I'd leave that double decker spoiler off.

Re: Replicas?
You'd build a replica from a $20,000+ car based on a TV pilot that hasn't even been picked up as a series yet? That's ballsy. And for what it's worth, leaving off the double-decker spoiler sounds like a sound decision.

Hey, I want a 4000 too!
Seriously thought of picking up the dilapidated K4000 when it was on eBay a few years ago, but since that baby took a mint to restore, I'm glad I didn't, but some day.
I was kinda planning on getting a new Camaro in a few years, but figure maybe I ought to get a Mustang GT and slowly build on it. Took 10 years to get my T/A to it's current stage (still got 8-10k to go).
